At Waterfront Hideaway Ranch, our RV sites are spread across five site classes, giving you options for location, space, shade, views, and rig size. Every site includes full hookups, so you can focus on choosing the setting that feels right for you.
No matter where you settle in, you’ll have access to the same ranch amenities, including our Lake Lewisville shoreline, bathhouse, laundry, dog park, and shared gathering spaces. And with Frisco about 25 minutes away, you can enjoy a quieter place to stay without feeling far from everything you need.

Best for a short stay or anyone who wants to be near the facilities. Interior rows with roomy back-in pads, a short walk from the bathhouse and laundry.
Best if you want more room around the rig. Sixty-two sites across the park have professional-grade artificial turf — about 300 square feet of it on the larger ones — which stays clean underfoot and is easy on dogs.
Best for a longer stay with a view. Second row back, with a partial look at the water from the door and natural shade on selected sites.
Best if you want the lake right outside. A waterfront row, with your door facing Lake Lewisville and room for rigs up to 50 feet.
Best for the widest lake views on the property. A waterfront row with extra space, and natural shade on selected sites.
Best for a stay of a month or longer. Full hookups and the same lake access, with a 30-night minimum and electric metered and billed monthly.

Sixty-two of our sites have professional-grade artificial turf. Every class includes 20/30/50 amp power, water and sewer at the pad, park-wide AT&T Fiber Internet, gated entry, the bathhouse, laundry, dog park, fire pit area, the shoreline and guest kayaks. There is no resort fee.
Bringing a larger rig? Premium Gold and Premium Platinum are our big-rig sites and regularly take fifty-footers and longer; Premium and Premium Silver handle rigs up to about 45 feet, and Standard sites up to about 35. Pull-through options are available in every class above Standard, which makes arrival especially easy with a fifth wheel or a longer setup. If you are at or past fifty feet, call us with your length before you book and we will put you on a site that fits.
Our sites have gravel pads, and back-in sites are set up with hookups toward the rear. If your RV is close to one of our length guides, give us a call before you book. We will help you find a site with enough room to get in, set up, and enjoy your stay comfortably.
Arriving after the office closes? No problem. We’ll send your CellGate app access and your gate code before you arrive, and the gate is available around the clock for registered guests.
Nightly rates vary by season, day of the week and site class, so current pricing and availability are on the booking page. Monthly sites start at $750 plus metered electric.
Up to 50 feet on Premium Gold and Premium Platinum, 45 feet on Premium and Premium Silver, and 35 feet on Standard. If you are near a limit, call the office and we will match you to a site with room to spare.

Yes. Park-wide AT&T Fiber Internet is included in every rate. If your stay depends on a reliable connection for work, it is worth bringing a mobile hotspot as a backup.
There is a shared fire pit area on the shoreline that guests use most weekends. Fires at individual sites depend on current Denton County burn restrictions, so check with the office when you arrive.
Quiet hours run from 10:00 pm, and they are enforced so evenings stay calm for everyone.
Yes. Many public campgrounds around Lake Lewisville limit the length of a stay. Because Waterfront Hideaway Ranch is privately operated, monthly stays are available here, starting at a 30-night minimum. See the long-term page.
