The appeal here is straightforward: full hookups that work, a clean bathhouse, a laundry room on site, a gate that closes, and about 600 feet of Lake Lewisville shoreline that belongs to the guests.

It is a combination that suits a weekend and holds up over a month, which is why plenty of guests end up asking about the monthly rate.

20/30/50 amp powerAt every RV site. Nightly and weekly rates include electric; monthly sites are metered and billed separately.
Water at every siteCity water at the pad. Bring a hose and a pressure regulator.
Sewer at every siteSewer at the pad, so there is no dump station to stop at on the way out. Never flush wipes, including the ones sold as flushable.
Rigs to fifty feetPremium Gold and Premium Platinum take rigs to 50 feet, and Standard tops out around 35. Pull-thru sites are available.
Awning anchorsSomewhere to tie an awning down properly when the wind picks up.

About 600 feet of Lake Lewisville shoreline behind the gate, for guests. There is water to fish from, swim off or just sit beside, kayaks to borrow, a large fire pit area down by the water and a small lakeside pavilion with a pergola, table and chairs.

Every guest has the same access, whether the site is on a waterfront row or back under the oaks.

Connectivity

Park-wide AT&T Fiber Internet, on its own dedicated line, included in every rate at the RV sites and in all three cabins.

Cell coverage in this part of Denton County is good on the major carriers if you would rather use a hotspot.

The park does not take mail, and the address cannot be used as a permanent one. Guests use the UPS Store in Cross Roads or the Amazon Locker in Oak Point, both a few minutes away. We are working on a delivery option — ask the office where that stands.

Up to two pets per site or cabin, and all three cabins are pet-friendly. There is a fenced dog park, plenty of grass between the rows, and a shoreline most dogs will head straight for.

What amenities does Waterfront Hideaway Ranch have?

About 600 feet of private Lake Lewisville shoreline with guest kayaks, a bathhouse, a laundry room, a fenced dog park, a lakeside fire pit, two pavilions, shared grills, gated entry and park-wide AT&T Fiber Internet. Every RV site has 20/30/50 amp power, water and sewer at the pad.

Is there Wi-Fi at the park?

Yes. Park-wide AT&T Fiber Internet on a dedicated line, included in every rate, at the RV sites and in all three cabins.

Is Waterfront Hideaway Ranch pet friendly?

Yes. Up to two pets are welcome per RV site and per cabin, and all three cabins take pets. There is a fenced dog park on site, which is the only place outside your own rig or cabin where a dog can be off the lead — not at your site. Pets are leashed everywhere else in the park.

Are there showers and restrooms?

Yes. The bathhouse has private rooms with hot showers and restrooms, and it is kept clean. There is a second guest restroom in the laundry building as well.

Is there laundry on site?

Yes. There is an air-conditioned laundry room on site with washers and dryers, recently upgraded, plus a folding table, a television and a shelf of books and magazines to borrow.

Is the park gated?

Yes. Waterfront Hideaway Ranch is a gated park with code-controlled entry that works around the clock, so guests can come and go early or late.

Is there a swimming pool?

No, there is no pool. Guests swim in Lake Lewisville off our shoreline, at their own risk. If you would prefer a sandy municipal beach, Little Elm Park Beach is about ten to fifteen minutes away.

Is electric included in the rate?

On nightly and weekly stays, yes. Monthly and long-term sites are metered and electric is billed separately on top of the monthly rate.
