Waterfront Hideaway Ranch is a gated Lake Lewisville RV park along the north end of the lake, with mature oaks, open space, and roughly 600 feet of shoreline reserved for our guests. You can bring the RV, book one of our three cabins, and settle into a place that feels easy from the moment you arrive.
Days here tend to move at their own pace. You can start the morning by the water, spend the afternoon under the trees, and end the evening by the fire. Our ranch is gated, well kept, and comfortable whether you’re staying for a weekend or making it home for a little longer.
And while it feels nicely tucked away, you’re still close to the rest of North Texas. Frisco is about 25 minutes away, with Little Elm, Denton, and plenty of dining, shopping, and things to do within easy reach.
You’re never far from the water here. From any of our RV sites or cabins, it’s just a short walk to the shoreline. Grab one of our kayaks, bring your own paddleboard, or find a quiet spot to sit and watch the lake change with the light. Mornings are especially nice, when the water is often calm and the ranch is still waking up.
You don’t need a boat to get a line in the water here. You can fish straight from our shoreline for crappie, white bass, blue and channel catfish, and largemouth bass. If you’re bringing a boat, you’ll find public ramps about 10 to 15 minutes away.
Anglers 17 and older will need a Texas fishing license. Learn more about fishing on Lake Lewisville.
You’ll find our big fire pit right along the shoreline, with the lakeside pavilion nearby for a little shade before sunset. It’s an easy place to gather, grill something for dinner, and watch the sun drop across the water. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm, so evenings stay relaxed for everyone.
You’ll also find shared grills in the grove and a fire ring by the water.
You’ll find a fenced dog park with plenty of shade, plus grassy areas throughout the ranch for walks. All three of our cabins are pet-friendly, too. We welcome up to two pets per RV site or cabin; just keep them leashed anywhere outside the dog park.
Need anything while you’re here? You’ll find veterinary care and pet supplies about 15 minutes away in Little Elm, so it’s easy to grab what you need during your stay.

The ranch is off a county road on the north end of Lake Lewisville, so the water is what you see from your site. Little Elm is ten minutes away, Frisco and Prosper are about 25, Denton is about 30, and downtown Dallas is roughly an hour. All drive times are approximate and depend on traffic.

Bass and crappie tournaments run on Lake Lewisville through the season, and Lake Ray Roberts is only about twenty minutes north. Anglers fishing either one book here regularly — call early for tournament weekends.
Monthly stays are available here, with full hookups and the same access to the lake. Many public campgrounds around Lake Lewisville cap how long you can stay; because Waterfront Hideaway Ranch is privately operated, we do not have to limit the number of nights you stay. Bookings are made a month at a time.
