Everything you need for an easy stay

The RV park amenities are the same for everyone: hot showers and a clean bathhouse, a laundry room, a fenced dog park, and a fire pit down by the water. The shared parts of the ranch get looked after every day.

Amenities

The RV park amenities

The appeal here is straightforward: full hookups that work, a clean bathhouse, a laundry room on site, a gate that closes, and about 600 feet of Lake Lewisville shoreline that belongs to the guests.

It is a combination that suits a weekend and holds up over a month, which is why plenty of guests end up asking about the monthly rate.

The hookups

Park-wide AT&T Fiber Internet, on its own dedicated line, included in every rate at the RV sites and in all three cabins.

Cell coverage in this part of Denton County is good on the major carriers if you would rather use a hotspot.

The park does not take mail, and the address cannot be used as a permanent one. Guests use the UPS Store in Cross Roads or the Amazon Locker in Oak Point, both a few minutes away. We are working on a delivery option — ask the office where that stands.
